"I’ve worked with Penick on casino projects and a community center, and both are high-pedestrian-traffic uses. And yet the designs, including the flooring, had to be very attentive to aesthetics.
These projects have used microtoppings and other special flooring finishes, and Penick has been very dedicated on the front end, using samples to help us perfect the look we’re after. And if there is ever a hitch at any point, they’re right there to resolve it."
